The Do.List productivity app does not require a password or login credentials for use. You do not need to create an account or provide personal information in order to use the app.

If your phone is linked to social media platforms, the app often automatically utilizes the data that is provided by their services. Such data is always anonymous and provided directly by those company's protocols, which means provided data will follow their privacy policy and the previously set user preferences.

The primary data used by Do.List is advertising identifier data, which help the platforms record when a Do.List install originated from an ad on their platform. 

Data also includes anonymized event data. Event data helps Do.List understand things like which default lists users use and which users don't. This data is generalized before it's delivered to Do.List, keeping it anonymous. 

Do.List's goal is to enable productivity, not collect data. As such, Do.List does not collect data on the content of your lists. Nor does is any data sold to third parties.

By using any Do.List services:

  1. You agree that you are aged 13 or older. If you are under 18, you must review this privacy policy with a parent or guardian.  

  2. You consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This includes the collection, processing, and sharing of personal information for the purposes set forth herein. If you do not agree to any Do.List terms, please delete the app and cease the use of all Do.List services.

  3. You acknowledge that mobile devices, the internet, and data storage devices are not 100% secure. Therefore, the security of aggregated data collected by Do.List cannot be completely guaranteed.

  4. You acknowledge that Do.List is not a password protected application, therefore the data input into the application will not be protected by password protection security.

  5. You consent to providing additional information in the event that you choose to buy any Do.List products. Such information may be collected during the transaction, for the purposes of carrying out the transaction. 

  6. You consent to the collection of data about your device. Do.List collects information on the model, version, timezone, etc. This is used to help measure performance as it relates to devices.

  7. You consent to Do.List keeping a record of communication sent to Do.List. Should you choose to send feedback of any data, that correspondence will be kept on record.

  8. You consent to Do.List's use of data collected through services on your phone, for marketing purposes and for supporting research on the continued improvement of the Do.List app and services.

  9. Any data collected may be included in any future sale, merger, or other change in control of the application.
